Takbat Terms and Conditions

By accessing takbat.club, creating an account, or placing any bet on the takbat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and takbat. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the takbat platform.

When you register on takbat, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may hold only one takbat account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. The balance in any duplicate account may be forfeited at takbat's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your takbat account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Before your first withdrawal, takbat may require identity verification. This is a one-time process and is designed to protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional checks in most cases.

• Takbat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Free spins or free game credits awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering rules as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on takbat:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any takbat content without prior written permission.

The takbat name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the takbat brand in any context — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited.

Takbat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
